Jennifer’s idea to do their engagement session in Willcox at Apple Annie’s was perfect. I have to say this might be my new favorite place to shoot. Perfect weather, afternoon light, a sunflower field, a 10-foot tall corn maze, and a few John Deere tractors. A photographer couldn’t ask for more. Except of course for an awesome couple to photograph!
Ciara & Octavio
13 OctWhether you enjoy your job or not, if you like the people you work with, you’ll probably be happy to get up and go to work every morning. I love photography, but it’s mostly due to the fact that I am incredibly blessed to work with people like Ciara and Tavo and their families. You could feel the love at this wedding – not only between the bride & groom – but the families’ love for them also. They were married at Saguaro Buttes, a venue I am very familiar with (it is where my wife and I were married in 2006 and this makes the 8th time I’ve photographed there), and I love the challenge of making unique images from the same venue. No two sets of brides and grooms are exactly alike, so no two wedding albums should be either.
I had trouble narrowing down favorites from this one. :)
Rashid from Harmony Entertainment always gets the party going and had the whole room roaring with laughter before, during and after the toasts.
Naughty.
Nice.
Ciara and Tavo know how to party and they have the dance moves to prove it. The dance floor was fully occupied all night. So awesome!
